The Header
The header should have the attached image as its background stretching from end to end.
Then, the content of the header should not stretch from edge to edge. I am imaging in the back of my mind that the header’s content container is a single row subdivided into three columns.
- The first column (left) has the logo and site’s name (The Bridge Church – in style/calligraphy) and a tagline (Where Community Meets Spirituality) immediately under it.
- The second (middle) column contains the menu in neat font. The menu includes: Home, About, Services, Updates, Give, Gallery, and Log In.
- The framework should have dropdown menu option allowance because the tab like Updates (includes: Events, News), and Give (includes offering, Tithe, Donate), and later date, the About and Services tabs may include subtabs/menus
- These menus/tabs should change color and a smart underline appears upon hovering.
- The third (right) column is for the contact details…. Here we will list the phone number, email, and address… all these in list form. We can be more stylish by including a symbol then the detail…that way
Overall, the header should be sticky throughout and should be adoptive to mobile and tablet.
Feel free to choose creatively the fonts and their colors that contrast well.
The Footer
The footer should have the attached image as its background stretching from end to end.
Then, the content of the footer should not stretch from edge to edge. I am imaging in the back of my mind that the footer’s content container is a single row subdivided into four columns.
- The first column (left) has the logo and site’s name (The Bridge Church – in style/calligraphy) and a tagline (Where Community Meets Spirituality) immediately under it. Then below this will be contact details of the church in list form starting with their respective symbols including: phone, email, address/location
- The second column is titled Quick Links (bold header), which can be linked to the footer menu in neat font. The menu includes: Our story, Pastor and his team, and Gallery – in list form
- The framework should have dropdown menu option allowance because some tabs may include subtabs/menus later
- These menus/tabs should change color and a smart underline appears upon hovering.
- The third column is titled Services & Ministries (bold header) …. Here we will list the ministries and services including: Sunday service, Sunday school, prayer requests, community service. these items will be linked to respective pages later, so give room for that, and enable hovering effect
- The forth column (right) will be titled social media (bold header). Here we will list the symbols to common social media
Overall, the header should be sticky throughout and should be adoptive to mobile and tablet.
Feel free to choose creatively the fonts and their colors that contrast well.
Below everything… like low bar, include the copyright text, centered
